Melting into Oneness

ARTICLE FOR HIGH VIBE WELLNESS MAGAZINE

When we are born into this realm, we know only oneness. We do not feel separate to the world but a part of it. At the soul level we are whole and complete. As we incarnate into this physical form this dissipates as this human existence takes hold. We have a deeper knowing that we exist individually and as a part of something greater. Yet as time goes on this awareness becomes foggy or even lost.

We create duality and the illusion of separation. This duality creates comparison, thus suffering. The true essence of who we are at the very core becomes clouded by who we think we are or should be. We adopt tendencies to play small and dim our light. Many of us build the construct in our mind that something is broken and needs to be fixed. So, the search begins as we strive to regain a sense of wholeness. We search for external means to make ourselves feel complete without realising we have all the answers inside of us.

Perhaps you have been struggling to find your true nature, your soul purpose or mission in this life. You are not alone. In one way or another we all spend our entire life with a hunger to reclaim this oneness, this purity, this innocence, this sense of deeper connection to all of creation.Yet this is where the illusion resides, the truth is we are never separate from creation. We are creation.

Our true divine nature cannot be found through human logic and reason. It can only be remembered through our heart and through our inner eye which is able to see our life as it is in relation to all of creation. You are therefore being urged to go within. Breathwork is a way we can explore our inner worlds, commune with spirit and the great mystery of life.

In ceremonies I often I tell people we are our own shaman. Shaman is a word from Siberia meaning keeper of the fire or one who sees in the dark. I believe it is in our shadows that our brightest light can reside. But only we ourselves can truly unravel these mysteries.

Through breathwork we are able to plug into an infinite supply of love, purity and ecstasy which is available to us all of the time. This bliss state is our birthright. Bliss is the soul being conscious of itself in total oneness with everything.Bliss is awakened by navigating the vast landscape of our humanity and returning home to your true essence which is love. By fully embracing the entire kaleidoscope of this human experience and array of emotions, rather than resisting, we can access euphoric sensations of peak oneness. Bliss is the way we can authentically journey through life with love and compassion for all parts of ourselves. In bliss everything is connected, the light and the dark are one.

All we need or desire is within us because we are already whole and complete. We are here to embody the truth of our divinity, to shine our light bright. To form a union of our mind, body and spirit so we can create a vibrant whole. I believe we have been born into these bodies as an initiation for our soul to evolve. If we can return to the idea that we are spiritual beings living in a human body, we begin to melt into oneness. If we can return to the idea that we reincarnate as human beings in order to remember our infinite nature, we begin to melt into oneness.

What if in one hour of breathing you could transform your entire life? This is so possible. Breathwork allows us to expand consciousness, thus merge deeper into the larger parts of ourselves. The breath is our spirit and our teacher. Through the simple accessible practise of breathing we awaken to infinite possibilities.

We are infinite beings living on the planet at such a powerful time. We are waking up to our gifts and really beginning to comprehend our individual and collective capabilities and expand our awareness of consciousness through the power of love. If you feel you having been playing small for long enough now is the time to rise up, harness this energy and launch into the more expansive you.

I invite you to journey with me to explore the possibilities of breathwork. Check out our website to join the tribe at an upcoming ceremony to awaken to more love and melt into oneness.

Infinite love and blessings, Freea.

INTERVIEW with RACHEL GILL of INSPIRE the WILD Magazine, 2018

Rachel: Firstly, can you tell us about your current projects and what goodies you have in store for the coming year?
Freea: At the moment I have a few projects blossoming into fruition. I am facilitating regular breathwork ceremonies at YogaShack Sawtell and other venues in Coffs Harbour. I also do private sessions. This will continue in 2018.
In May this year my fiancé and I are travelling to Hawaii for an Audio Alchemy music production retreat in which I will be facilitating some breathwork ceremonies at. His music is a beautiful complimentary journey to the breathwork. Circada is the name of his project and if you have not heard the music you should definitely check it out on Bandcamp or Soundcloud.
I will also be offering some breathwork sessions this year and donating the profits to a local Mid North Coast charity as part of the Global Breath of Bliss team for a project we will be initiating towards our mission to awaken 10 million hearts and evolve humanity as a species.
I will be helping with larger Breath of Bliss ceremonies at Byron Spirit Festival, Earth Frequency Festival and I will be attending Breath of Bliss’s Global Summit. I will also be involved in Australia’s first ever Breathfest which is very exciting.
Performing fire shows and doing various hoop workshops and events around Coffs Harbour has been so much fun and will continue on this year, with some exciting new choreographed fun shows in the making. I enjoyed roving with Sistars of the Infinite Circle at Earth Frequency Festival in February.
I will be performing at a local music festival in Bellingen called Cognitive Roots and also the International Buskers Festival and the annual Winter Solstice Festival.
I will also be performing on stage at upcoming festivals in a collaborative project alongside my partner Circada. This is super exciting for us both!

How did you get into the practice of ecstatic breath work, and what inspired you to want to bring this practice to others?
I actually experienced breathwork at an international hula hoop retreat in Bali around 6 years ago. It sparked something extraordinary inside me. I never felt so much love and life force pulsating through me. It helped heal past traumas, alleviate symptoms of ill health, I was flooded with new creative ideas and I was able to fully recognise the power I had inside of me. I felt so connected and electrified and could not believe the infinite possibilities this medicine could bring. A few years later came the opportunity to study this amazing practice and I knew deep in my heart this is what I am supposed to do so I quit my job and went back to Bali to complete the Breath of Bliss facilitator training program with Christabel Zamor. This changed my life and everyday I feel so honoured to be able to bring this wonderful practice to others so they too can experience spiritual breakthroughs, expand consciousness and feel more alive!
It is a Breath of Bliss belief that nothing is broken in you that needs to be fixed, changed or saved. Healing is a revelation of the fundamental wholeness that already exists within. Bliss is your birthright and everything is perfect just as it is! Breathwork helps us live with this understanding so we can love all aspects of ourselves.

What does a typical day look like for you?
Hehe, there is no such a thing as a typical day for me! Each day varies to the next and depending on what is happening in that week my days are so full with a mixture of different creative projects and self-care practise. I do my own regular breathwork journeys, I do research, make music, I hoop and play in my backyard, I run workshops, youth events, garden and a favourite is yoga and going to the beach with our beautiful dogs.
I studied Social Science at University so I also work part time at a refuge for homeless teenagers. There is one practise that is a regular occurrence and that is a morning prayer ritual which I do every morning when I wake. I write a gratitude list of all the things in my life I am grateful for. This sets the tone for the day and helps me launch into the day with a thankful and positive attitude.

You recently travelled to beautiful Peru. Can you tell us how your trip has influenced your personal practice and have you got any holistic travel tips for our readers?
I spent time with local Shipibo Curandera’s learning different spiritual practises and exploring the mysteries of the universe using various plant medicines such as Ayahuasca, Rapé and San Pedro.
The entire experience was truly inspiring and the teachings of these shamans and their connection with land, plants and great spirit will forever be integrated into my daily life as well as the energy I bring to my breathwork ceremonies.
I would recommend anyone who feels called to travel to Peru to honour this call so they too can explore amazing possibilities. However I recommend to choose the shaman you wish to work with with precaution (as some their intentions are not in line with the true ideals of medicine but rather a monetary force behind their workings). I am more than happy to share more and give recommendations on various organisations who offer ayahuasca and other plant medicines. Please email me and I will be happy to support Freea@freeflowbliss.com

Between performing, designing and attending market with your label Fractal Dreaming, working with your performance group and facilitating breath work ceremonies, how do you stay on top of it all and stay organised?
Haha! Well I used to try and do a million things in a day and I loved that. But lately my intention is to simplify my life and workload so there is more time for the self care and pleasure activities I love to do such as getting massages, exploring nature, hooping, dancing in my lounge room, gardening and spending time with family and surrounding myself with positive and inspiring people.
I feel it is crucial to have a good balance, I also feel family time is number one and I look forward to these shared moments. I have a very supportive and loving partner and family. It’s these moments of love and connection that keep up my motivation for organisation in tow. Also my regular breathwork at home helps bring clarity and let go of that which no longer serves me.
And of course practising mindfulness in the moment now!!

How do you separate work from play and maintain a balanced lifestyle?
I read in an article the other day that the secret is to see your work as play and if it doesn’t feel like that you perhaps need a change. I very much see my work as an element of play. I feel doing what sets your heart on fire is key, defining your life priorities, as well as regular extreme self-care to maintain this balance.

And lastly, what is your favourite quote or piece of advice that keeps you motivated and inspires you?
There are so many but one of my all time favourites is the Serbian Proverb;
Be humble for you are made of earth, be noble for you are made of stars.
